Amuuse Sonnet, by Dave Lever
The friends we've made at Saugatuck
Will ever stand us in good stead.
When ere life burdens cloud our head
Our friends will help us get unstuck.
Whether you are quite well read
And sitting in an ivory tower,
Or waiting tables hour by hour
To keep the roof above your head
You will come home filled with power
A loving group who do not judge,
Just stand beside, or gently nudge
Are there for you when you feel sour
How lucky we, to have such friends,
The means to many happy ends.
