              2012 REGISTRATION
                    

To register, print form off, complete and mail in with your registration fee of $150.00 for each camp attending.  Campers may also pay online.  However, the registration form must still be filled out and mailed to the Registrar.  When paying online, please make sure to include amount paid and date of payment on the registratiaon form.. 

If attending more than one camp, registration fees can be included in one check.  Make Check payable to AMUUSE and mail to :
